At Hymatik you get professional cutting and shortening of hydraulic hoses, so your hoses are delivered in exactly the length you need – clean, sealed and ready for assembly. Our automatic cutting machine ensures consistent dimensions in series production, while manual cutting provides the flexibility for special lengths and larger dimensions. That saves time, reduces errors and minimises downtime.

From single pieces to series production
We cut hoses from 1/4"–3/4" automatically and up to 2" manually. The result is clean, straight cuts with controlled tolerances, so the hose is ready for further assembly. You can bring your own hydraulic hoses, or we can supply complete hoses from our range – always in quality from Parker or selected Hymatik Approved alternatives. After cutting, we clean and seal the hoses so they are protected against dust and particles right up until installation.
Assembly-ready hose sets
If you want a ready-to-fit solution, we can mount fittings on the ends and deliver hose sets that match your specifications. We advise on hose/fitting combinations, bending radii and pressure ratings, so you get a reliable and long-lasting solution. Once we have cleaned and sealed the hose, the risk of contamination in the hydraulic system is minimised, which protects pumps, valves and actuators and reduces unnecessary stoppages.
