Export and Trade Compliance Policy

Hymatik is committed to:

• Not engage in any direct or indirect sales to or other wise engage in business with Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Russia, Belarus, the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and the territory of Crimea and Sevastopol.
  
  
• Prevent unauthorized exports, reexports and transfers of items subject to Venezuelan Sectorial Sanctions and to prohibited end-use and end-user in Pakistan.
  
  
• Comply with military end-user and end-use restrictions applicable to Belarus, Burma, Cambodia, China, the Russian Federation and Venezuela for items subject to the EAR including item that support og contribute to operation, installation, maintenance, repair, overhaul, refurbishing, “development” or “production” of military items.
  
  
• Not supply directly or indirectly, Parker products for use in sensitive or unsafeguarded nuclear activities, missiles/rockets/ UAVs, or chemical/biological weapons applications.
