O-Lok – Leakfree connection in high pressure applications

O-Lok fittings from Parker Hannifin are an O-ring face seal (ORFS) fitting. The O-Lok system was developed by the Parker Tube Fittings Division in the United States in the early 1980s. Over the years, the product has proven to be extremely effective when it comes to eliminating leakage in high pressure hydraulic systems.

The patented construction consists of a fitting body, as well as a sleeve, nut and o-ring. The sleeve can easily be adjusted depending on whether it needs to fit a metric or inch hose / pipe size - this provides great flexibility, and means that you do not need to replace an entire system. This flexibility also makes it possible to use the fittings in many different applications.

O-lok fittings are also available in stainless steel, which provides, higher than the industry standard, corrosion resistance.
