The Year in Review 2025 at Hymatik
Thank you for an eventful 2025. We look ahead to 2026
Looking back on 2025, we do so with both pride and gratitude. The year has been marked by development, investments and new opportunities, but above all by strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
At Hymatik, we work every day to deliver strong technical expertise, accessibility and solutions that make a difference in our customers’ daily operations. In many ways, 2025 has been a year in which we have strengthened the foundation for the future.

Digital development and new ways of working
In 2025, we took a significant step forward on our digital journey. AI and automation are now an integrated part of our daily workflows, supporting both our CRM and ticket systems, which were launched in 2024.
Our approach to digitalisation is clear. It is not about reducing staff, but about using our competencies even better and creating more value in both internal and external processes.
Over the course of the year, four employees have been trained in AI tools and have already developed concrete solutions that create value in everyday work. Among other things, we have developed a new scanner app that streamlines both internal and external workflows and processes in collaboration with our customers.
At Hymatik, AI is not a theory.
It is documented practice.
Our work with AI and automation has resulted in Hymatik being shortlisted for Digital SME of the Year (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises). We are naturally proud of this recognition and hope to be among the three companies that are ultimately nominated, in a field of many highly skilled SMEs.
During the year, our CEO, Michael Harder, also participated in a podcast in collaboration with Erhvervshus Fyn, where he shares experiences from our digital transformation and the considerations behind it.
New business areas and expanded product range
In 2025, we expanded our business with three new product areas: electromechanics, seals and filtration.
We have been appointed and certified by Parker to carry these product lines, which we see as an important recognition of our technical expertise and setup. The expansion means that we can now offer even more specialised solutions and cover a broader range of needs for our customers in one place.
In addition to hoses and fittings, we are seeing particularly strong growth within instrumentation and electromechanics. The number of enquiries has increased significantly, and we see a growing segment that we expect to continue developing in the coming years.

The year in review. Events and investments
In May, we hosted a well-attended open house event with guests from across the country. The strong turnout and interest mean a great deal to us and confirm the value of dialogue and face-to-face relationships. We are already looking forward to welcoming many customers and partners to our open house in 2026.
During the year, we also invested in a new hose pressure test bench. The test bench enables professional pressure testing and the issuance of test certificates up to 1,500 bar. This allows us to offer documented pressure testing of hoses for demanding applications where safety, quality and traceability are critical.
A stronger team
2025 has also brought positive internal changes. We welcomed Daniel, who joined us as an internal sales representative. He quickly became an important part of the team and contributes with a positive attitude and strong customer service in everyday work.
At the same time, Emilie, our external sales representative, has spent much of the year visiting customers across the country. She has met with many of our customers to present our solutions, new business areas and the opportunities within our overall product range. Personal customer visits are an important part of how we work and help strengthen relationships on a day-to-day basis.
In addition, Szymon has moved from the office to the shop floor, where he now works even closer to the sale of hydraulics, filters and seals. This change has strengthened daily operations and made us even more accessible to our customers.

Looking ahead to 2026
We have previously held several hose training courses, most recently in November 2025, and the interest has been strong. The courses have generated good dialogue and valuable knowledge sharing, and we therefore look forward to using 2026 to host even more training courses in hoses and fittings. The focus will continue to be on practical knowledge, correct assembly and experience sharing at eye level.
At the turn of the year, we began the implementation of our new ERP system, which went live in January 2026. The transition has exceeded expectations and the system is already in active use in daily operations. This marks an important step towards more robust processes, better overview and more efficient handling of orders, data and workflows across the organisation.
The successful transition is largely the result of a strong internal effort, and we would like to extend a special thank you to the entire Hymatik team for the collaboration, commitment and flexibility throughout the process. It has been a strong joint achievement that provides a solid foundation to build on in 2026.
Thank you for the collaboration
We would like to thank all customers, suppliers and partners for the trust and cooperation in 2025. We look ahead to 2026 with a strong foundation and ambitious goals and look forward to continuing our development together.
Happy New Year
The Hymatik Team
