At Hymatik in Odense we carry out professional pressure testing of hydraulic hoses, gas hoses and high-pressure hoses in all sizes.

All pressure tests are carried out in accordance with the relevant Danish standards (DS/EN ISO 1402) for hydraulic and high-pressure hoses.
We follow fixed procedures for test pressure, duration and safety, so you get a thorough and reliable test that meets the requirements of the industry.

Modern test equipment – precision and safety

For pressure testing we use a Uniflex P 180 test bench, designed for safe and efficient pressure testing of hoses.

The machine makes it possible to test at precise pressures of up to 1500 bar and ensures consistent results with high accuracy.
The combination of modern equipment and experienced technicians means that you get a reliable and well-documented test every time.

How a pressure test is carried out

During the pressure test, the hose is filled with a test fluid consisting of 95% water and 5% glycol (water glycol).
The pressure is then built up gradually to the specified level, and the hose is monitored closely for leaks, deformation and any weaknesses.
Once the test is complete, we issue a pressure test certificate as documentation that the hose has been tested and meets the specified requirements. The certificate states the customer's purchase order number, Hymatik's sales order number and the item number of the specific finished hose, for the customer's traceability.
