At Hymatik, we prioritise fast and reliable delivery, so you get your spare parts and components where you need them – whether you are dealing with an emergency repair, planned service or production.
Stock items at Hymatik
When items are available in our own warehouse, we ship the same day for orders placed before 15:00 (14:00 on Fridays). This gives you a fast and predictable delivery process, no matter where in the world you are.
Same-day delivery on Funen
For customers on Funen, we offer extra fast delivery when the item is in stock in Odense. Here we can often deliver within 1–2 hours of ordering, which is ideal in the event of breakdowns, machine stoppages or service tasks where time is critical. Contact us for the exact delivery time to your address in Odense or the surrounding towns.
Stock items at European central warehouses
Many products are shipped directly to Hymatik from European central warehouses, after which we consolidate the order and dispatch it as quickly as possible. Stock items from these warehouses normally have a delivery time of 5-7 working days. For time-critical tasks, we can also arrange express shipping, where central warehouse items can often arrive the next working day, depending on the time of ordering and the carrier.
Express delivery
When every hour counts, express can be the right solution. We help arrange the fastest possible shipment from both our own warehouse in Odense and from European central warehouses. Contact our team and we will assess the expected delivery time and the price of the desired express solution. Typically, this will be 1-2 working days.
Collection at ParkerStore Odense
You are welcome to collect your ordered items at our ParkerStore in Odense. Collection is a flexible option that also eliminates freight costs and gives you the opportunity to receive expert advice face to face. When your order is ready for collection, we will let you know, so you can plan your visit and take the items with you straight away.
International delivery
Hymatik also delivers internationally and handles shipments worldwide. You decide whether you want to arrange the freight yourself, or whether we should book the freight for you. The freight price depends on the destination and forwarder, but we are happy to provide an accurate estimate once we know the order.
Stock status and delivery times in the webshop
In the webshop, you can always see the current stock status for both our own warehouse and external warehouses. This makes planning service, repairs and purchasing far easier.
