Parker Pneumatic Solenoid Valve SS Series – Reliable Control for Double Acting Cylinders

Parker's SS series pneumatic solenoid valves are specifically engineered for direct inline mounting to double acting cylinders. These 4-way, 2-position, 5-ported valves are constructed as single solenoid pilot-operated units with maintained contact, air and spring return capability.

Operating Principle:

With single pressure at inlet port "P": When the solenoid is de-energized, pressure port "P" connects to cylinder outlet "02-BLK", while "01-RED" connects to exhaust "RED". Upon actuation, the valve switches so "P" connects to "01-RED" and "02-BLK" to exhaust "BLK".

With dual pressure at ports "RED" and "BLK": Can be used with higher pressure at the "RED" port and exhaust at "P" port.
