Personal data policy at Hymatik ApS

We only collect personal data in cases where this is relevant for us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity at Hymatik ApS.

When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions.

We will only store your personal data as long as we are either subject to a legal obligation to do so, or as long as it is relevant in regard to our customer supplier relation.

Collection of personal data

If you want to buy and receive a product from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services.

We may retrieve information such as name, e-mail address, company name, CVR number, postal address, delivery address, telephone number and payment information.

Hymatik ApS collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:

• Completes the purchase of our products

The data responsible for the collection, processing and use of your personal information on www.hymatik.com is Hymatik ApS, Hvidkærvej 27A, 5250 Odense SV.

Basis for treatment and purpose

When you create a account on our website, we automatically generate a personal profile for you. We collect the following personal information about you:

• User name
• Company name
• CVR number
• First name
• Last name
• Job title
• Phone number
• Email

We collect your general contact information such as name, company name and address in order to deliver the items you have ordered from us. We will collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and invoice.

If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send out a newsletter. You can sign up for and unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke the consent at any time.

If you do not want to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products through our website.

Your information (except your email address if you have given consent to receive the newsletter) will be retained until the customer relationship ends, or for as long as required by law.

Other recipients of personal information

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties or third countries.

If you have ordered an item for delivery, information such as name, company name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be handed over to the shipping companies we work with.

If you have signed up for the newsletter, your name and email address will be transferred to Mailchimp, with whom we have entered into a data processor agreement, who will secure your information.

Our website and ERP system are hosted via our partners Struct A/S and C2IT A/S, who are our data processors. All personal data that you register will be stored in their data center.

We have entered into data processor agreements with our data processor, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.

Your rights

As the registered person, you have rights, which we must ensure that are fulfilled at all times. You have the right to request us the following:

• To access and correct/change your personal data
• To have your personal data deleted

In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
