SDD Drives
Parker SSD Drives (originally Shackleton System Drives, founded in 1974) is known for robust AC and DC drives for speed and torque control. In 2000, the Parvex range became part of the programme, expanding the portfolio with servo drives and motors. Parker Hannifin acquired SSD Drives in 2011.
What are SSD Drives used for?
The products are typically used in machinery and plants where stable operation and precise control are essential – for example in industrial production, energy, transport and commercial installations.
Choosing the right drive
Make your choice based on motor and load data, mains voltage, the desired control principle and communication/PLC integration.
