Pirelli/ITR

Like many other companies, which Parker Hannifin has acquired over the past 50 years, Pirelle/ITR has a complicated family tree.

In 1966 Pirelli Group´s company was in the market of marine hoses. In 1990 ITR SpA, another company in the Pirelli Group, took over Pirelli Treg´s business area. ITR was a known Italian producer of hoses, fittings and rubber compounds.

In 1993 Saiaq SpA bought ITR SpA as a subsidiary. In 2001 the subsidiary ITR Rubber Srl was created and ITR SpA handed over their business area to ITR Rubber Srl. In 2002 Parker Hannifin bought the company and renamed it to Parker IRT with focus on industrial hoses.
