Push-Lok is an intelligent solution developed by Parker Hanninfin for low pressure applications. Push-Lok is the result of customer-oriented product development. With the Push-Lok system, you can assemble your hose in a few seconds

With Push-Lok hoses and fittings, it is easy to make a hose assembly. You can assemble the hose yourself without special tools, or other aid. All you need is a sharp knife, which is used to cut the hose at a right angle. Then you push your fittings into the hose until the hose and the yellow plastic ring meet - Thats it - in a few seconds you have assembled your hose and it is ready for use.

Push-Lok Hoses

The Push-Lok product series consists of 9 different hoses:

6 rubber hoses:

  • 801PLUS (Hymatik Selected) – can be used in a wide range of applications
  • 804 – for water or phosphate ester at high temperature
  • 821FR– with flame retardant protection
  • 836 (Hymatik Selected) and 846 – oil at high temperature
  • 837BM– can be used in a wide range of applications including the motor industry

2 thermoplastic hoses:

  • 830M - can be used in a wide range of applications including the motor industry
  • 838M – for non-conductive applications

1 hybrid hoses:

  • 837PU – can be used in a wide range of demanding applications including the motor industry

The hoses are flexible and available in six different colors. Complex applications which use many different hoses containing different media in the hydraulic system can benefit form using different colored hoses. The different colors make it is easier for you to find the right hose, and avoid disconnecting the wrong one. The six different colors can also help you identify, size, media or age. This knowledge will make your workflow easier.
