Your own mobile hose crimper

If you needs to replace defective hydraulic hoses on your equipment quickly to keep downtime to a minimum, the most optimal solution is to replace the hydraulic hoses on site. The No-Skive system from Parker Hannifin, which consists of hose crimper, hydraulic hoses and fittings, makes this possible.

Easy and quick replacement

Assembly and replacement of hydraulic hoses in the field with a mobile hose crimper can be carried out easily and quickly. It does not require any setup and extensive knowledge to make a safe and reliable hose. The advantage of the mobile hose crimpers are that the machine does not have to be adjusted and the hoses do not have to be skived before assembly.

Hose production steps:

  1. The hose must be cut to the desired length.
  2. The fittings are pushed onto the hose ends.
  3. The corrrect die set is selected.
  4. The fittings are crimped onto the hose.

The hydraulic hose is now ready to be installed. 
No-Skive hoses also guarantee secure assembly due to a strong connection between the  hydraulic hose and one piece fittings - this ensures the best connection.

Parker offers 4 hose crimpers:

  • KarryKrimp 1 is a portable and easily transportable unit with a hand pump, air-hydraulic or an electro-hydraulic pump. KarryKrimp 1 can handle 1-layer and 2-layer hoses in sizes up to 1 1/4”.
  • KarryKrimp 2 is also a portable and easily transportable unit with hand pump, air-hydraulic and or an electro-hydraulic pump. KarryKrimp 2 can handle up to 4-layers of multi-spiral hose up to 3/4”.
  • KarryKrimp 2BM is an extended version of the KarryKrimp 2 model. This model has a stationary motor and is intended for workshop use.
  • Parkrimp 2 is a table-mounted model for workshops, and can press all Parkrimp No-Skive hose types from size 1/4" to 2", and can handle 4-layer and 6-layer hoses up to 2".
