The year that passed 2024 at Hymatik

 

Thank you for a fantastic 2024 – we look forward to an exciting 2025

As we look back on 2024, we do so with pride and gratitude. The year has been filled with significant milestones, exciting developments, and strengthened collaboration with both customers, suppliers, and partners.

One of the greatest highlights was when we broke our all-time revenue record in October. This marks an important milestone for Hymatik and demonstrates that our focus on delivering quality and value to our customers is making a difference.

Expansion and Strengthening of Product Areas
Throughout the year, we were selected by Parker to expand our activities in electromechanics, instrumentation, and seals, which now complement our already strong core areas – hydraulics, pneumatics, and filters. With Denmark's largest inventory of instrumentation fittings and tubes, we have increased our flexibility and ensured faster delivery to our customers.

To further strengthen both our existing and new product areas, we welcomed Emilie as our new external sales representative. She is focused on presenting our customers with opportunities across our entire product range, allowing us to continue providing tailored solutions that meet your needs.

Carbon Account and Insights for Our Customers
In 2024, we joined the Odense Climate Partnership (Odense Klimapartnerskab). An important focus for us is to work towards the development of a carbon account for Hymatik. This will allow us to share valuable insights with our customers about the carbon footprint of the products they purchase, so they can use this knowledge to report on their own sustainability efforts.

CRM System: Better Overview and Closer Contact
In 2024, we implemented our new CRM system, which has already had a significant impact on how we work. The system provides us with a better overview of our customers and projects, enabling us to offer even more personalized and efficient service. In 2025, we will continue to develop and optimize the system, making it an even stronger tool for enhancing collaboration with our customers. Internal Changes
On the employee side, we have also experienced some exciting changes. Maiken has decided to pursue further education and has therefore resigned from her position. However, we are already excited to introduce our new internal sales representative, Daniel, who will start on February 3, 2025. We look forward to further strengthening our team and continuing to provide you with the best service.

Looking Ahead to 2025
With our sights set on 2025, we have big plans and ambitions. We will continue to develop our business and build even closer relationships with our customers and partners. Emilie is ready to visit and present Hymatik, our products, and our new initiatives – so don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you would like a visit.
