The year that was 2023 - The first blog post of the year

New CRM system

2023 has come to an end, and it has been a very exciting year at Hymatik that has brought a lot of good things with it. At the beginning of last year, we had an external consultant facilitate Hymatik's customer journey. It has given us insight into how we can best optimise our customer contact from A to B, so that you get the best possible experience when you shop with us. The customer journey project confirmed that we needed to implement a ticket / CRM system to support our further development. We have therefore purchased both a ticket and a CRM system, and implementation is well under way.
We are confident that, the further we get with the implementation, the faster and even better the service our customers and business partners will receive.

The year that was

2023 became the year in which we ran that extra mile. In addition to seeing positive progress with our customer journey and CRM system, in September we also expanded our team with Tobias, who can be found out in our workshop and warehouse. Like all of our employees, Tobias brings along a wealth of new skills that help make our company better and enable us to serve our customers in the best possible way. On top of that, we have said see you later to our sales coordinator Maiken, who has gone on maternity leave for the next year or so.

In June we held an open house, where visitors could meet a selection of our suppliers as well as get a

guided tour and a sausage for the road. It was a huge success with a great many visitors, and we hope to be able to open our doors once again this summer. Thank you to all of you who took part, and see you in May, when we open the doors for another open house.

In November, Hymatik and Parker Hannifin sponsored the Nordic Championships in water polo for U15 and U17 – with 7 nations taking part. It was a really exciting day, with lots of talented young people who brought both a gold medal and a bronze medal home to Denmark.

2024 brings exciting new initiatives

We have been selected by Parker as a distributor of electromechanics, which includes drives, motors, electric cylinders, linear guides and much more. Jesper Beiskjær, who has more than 30 years of experience with these products, will be ready to help you with sparring and the selection of the correct products.

Although we have sold Parker's instrumentation programme for a long time, Hymatik has now also been elevated to distributor of Parker A-lok compression fittings, valves and Parker Autoclave (cone and thread) fittings within this programme. The common denominator for these products is at least stainless 316 or precious metals such as 6Mo titanium and high pressure all the way up to 10000psi. Here we are also fortunate to have the right skills, as Jesper Haas was previously product manager at Parker Hannifin for precisely this programme.

As something new, we can now also offer static pressure testing of hydraulic hoses with oil at up to 630 bar, including the accompanying pressure test documentation, in our shop and workshop at Hvidkærvej 27a in Odense SV.
