HVM-B Pre-Assembly Tool – Quick and Safe Assembly of EO-Progressive Stop Rings

The HVM-B is a practical and simple pre-assembly tool designed for quick and safe assembly of EO-progressive stop rings and progressive rings. The tool can be used at any workplace where a vice is available, making it ideal for field assembly and rapid repairs.

The tool is suitable for the following series and tube sizes:

• Compatible series: LL, L, and S
• Tube sizes: 4 to 15 mm outer diameter (O.D.)
• Assembled without tools – requires only a vice

Important limitations:

• Not suitable for EO-2 assembly
• Not suitable for stainless steel progressive ring assembly
• Not suitable for tube sizes larger than 15 mm O.D.
• Final assembly of ½ turn in fitting body is required
