Bayside Motion Group manufactures electronic and mechanical components for motion control, typically for applications where precision, compact design and operational reliability are critical. The range includes linear and rotary positioning systems, servo motors as well as gearheads and gear motors.

Parker ownership and product programme

In 2005, Bayside was acquired by Parker Hannifin, and the product lines are today part of Parker Hannifin Automation Group. A well-known example is Bayside's Stealth gearhead, which is available in four series: PS, PX, RS and RX.

Bayside is often used in machinery and equipment where repeatability and stable movement matter, e.g. pick-and-place, precision dosing or automated handling.
