Parflange 50 Pro Workcenter – Industrial Mass Production of O-Lok® Connections

The Parflange® 50 Pro Workcenter is a specialized machine designed for high-productivity manufacturing of O-Lok® connections at industrial scale. With the integrated O-Lok® sleeve feeder, productivity is significantly increased – particularly for high-volume jobs where tube dimensions remain consistent.

The machine offers maximum flexibility with two operational modes:

• Normal mode: With active O-Lok® sleeve feeder for optimized throughput
• Feeder OFF-mode: Without active sleeve feeder for working with multiple tube sizes and Triple-Lok® assemblies

For quick changeover and safety reasons, the O-Lok® sleeve feeder can be switched off without being physically removed from the Workcenter.
