Calibration press with touch screen

KS 6 is designed for precision crimping and calibration. It is a perfect calibration press for pre-assembly of single piece fittings. Crimping force is 500 kN /50 t.

 A digital screen with touch is included which can quality-enhancing series production. Upper and lower pressure limits can be set by adjusting tolerance values obtained form test pressing. It is possible to let the machine switch off at a fixed upper or lower limit, thereby obtaining a higher process safety. A double foot pedal is also included.
