Partek Defense - Nylon cover
Partek Defense - Nylon hose cover is designed to protect the operator and equipment should the hose burst. The hose cover can protect up to a pressure of 12000 PSI. The black nylon cover can be used in all applications, but it is particularly valuable in industries like: mining, construction and agriculture, where the operator works close to the high-pressure hose. The cover is flexible and made of special fibers, which protect against sunlight, ozone and other elements.
Partek Wrap - Hose protection
The need to further protect a hydraulic hose is not always taken into account when designing the application. For many hose assembly installations, it will be an advantage to have a protective cover, but this may only become apparent when all hoses and components have been put in place in the application. With Partek Wrap it is possible to put a protective cover on the hose after it has been installed in the application. Partek Wrap can be used if the hose needs extra protection against wear or it can be used to wrap several hoses at the same time.
Partek Wrap is easy and quick to install. It is made of nylon, is light in weight and very flexible. The protective cover is smooth inside, which allows the hose to move easily. The cover can withstand temperatures between -60° F and +200° F.
Strong polymer spiral hose protection
PolyGuard and Parkoil are tough hose protectors that make it easy to extend the service life of your hydraulic hose.
The spiral hose protectors shields against wear and stiffens the hose, so that cracks are minimized. The hose protectors are easy to install without having to remove the hoses from the application - and you do not need any clamps. The polymer protectors can withstand water, oil, petrol, hydraulic fluid and does not rust or corrode.
You can also get Parker Firesleeve, which is resistant to fire and high temperatures.
Parker CL Clamp
Parker CL Clamp can be used to support long hydraulic hoses and provides an overall nicer installation.
If you use low-pressure industrial hoses, use the Parker HC Clamp, which is specially designed for low-pressure applications.
Protective shield
Do you have problems with hoses rubbing against other hoses, metal or concrete? Use Parker Hose Protection Shields, which can alleviate wear and extend the service life of a hose. The protective shields are resistant to oil, lubricants petrol and most solvents, and can withstand ambient temperatures from -40° C to + 150° C. The protective shields are easy to mount on the hoses with a nylon cable connector without having to disconnect the hoses from the application.

Safety wires are designed for hydraulic hoses in high pressure applications.
